Who operates this website

Browsing
The website is hosted by Netlify. Requests to the hosting service may produce technical logs, such as an IP address, requested URL, and request time, that support site delivery and security. This site does not add advertising trackers, a third-party analytics script, or an account system.
The inquiry composer
The fields on the Contact page prepare an email draft in your browser. They do not submit information to a website backend or store it in browser storage. When you choose the prepared email link, your email application handles the draft. The inquiry is sent only when you send it from your email application.
Email inquiries
Information you send by email is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss the work you requested. Keep sensitive personal information and confidential records out of an initial inquiry. Any project-specific information handling should be agreed as part of the engagement.

The website links to James Dugan’s LinkedIn profile. LinkedIn and your email provider handle information under their own policies when you use their services.
