A useful first note includes:

  • Your organization and your role
  • The workflow or problem you want to improve
  • The tools you use today
  • Your timing and any important constraints

Before we get started.

Do I need a fully defined project?

No. A clear description of the friction is enough for a first conversation. We can identify what needs discovery and what a useful first scope looks like.

Can you work with our current tools?

That is the starting point. We look at what already works and what is missing before recommending a new tool or a replacement.

How are costs handled?

Fees, third-party costs, deliverables, responsibilities, and timing are defined for the agreed scope. Ongoing support is discussed explicitly.

What happens after the first conversation?

We determine fit, identify the next useful step, and agree on scope before project work begins.
